Hi, I'm Taasha Reneé—a proud Caribbean woman, mom of three, wife, and content creator. My journey into motherhood was marked by challenges, including struggles with conception and the profound experiences of three natural home births. These pivotal moments ignited my mission to support and empower mothers, especially those from the Caribbean community, as they navigate the multifaceted path of parenting.

In 2019, I founded A Vulnerable Mom, a community and resource hub dedicated to empowering mothers through intentional parenting and self-care.

Through this platform, I share authentic stories and practical tools to help mothers transition from feelings of overwhelm to a state of empowerment, enabling them to approach motherhood with confidence and joy.
