For as long as I can remember, I've prayed and yearned to be a mother; and after being blessed with an amazing husband and two beautiful children, my gratitude is expressed in the intentional decisions I make everyday.
They are the reason I am motivated to take care of myself.

They are the reason I focus on personal development, because it allows me to be present for them fully.
